JD's collection invites viewers on a long-overdue road trip, embarking on a journey of exploration down backroads and less-trodden paths. Through his lens, he seeks to evoke an appreciation for the beauty found in decay, while celebrating the forgotten and unsolicited imprints of humanity on our world.

Hailing from Louisville, JD's unwavering passion for hitting the road was instilled in him by his father, who fearlessly packed six kids into a green van with shag carpeting for summer explorations. Like his father, he can be easily talked into hitting the road at a moment's notice with the knowledge that all roads lead back home.
